อัษฎง ภูวรักษ์ / Senior Consultant
คุณ อัษฎง จบ วทบ. ฟิสิกส์ประยุกต์ ( ไฟฟ้า และ อุตสาหการ ) จากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้า ธนบุรี มี ีประสบการณ์ เป็นวิศวกร อาวุโสมากกว่า 15 ปี ในโรงงานผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วน อิเล็คทรอนิค ชั้นนำของโลก ที่ป้อนชิ้นส่วน อิเลคทรอนิคส์ ให้กับโรงงาน ประกอบรถยนต์ คุณ อัสดง ทำหน้าที่ ประสานงานกับลูกค้า เพื่อวางแผน จัดการโครงการ ของสินค้ารุ่นใหม ่จากต่างประเทศ เช่น ป ระเทศ ฮ่องกง, สิงคโปร์ ,ไ ต้หวัน ,เกาหลีใต้ ,เมกซิโก ฯลฯ ทำให้ คุณ อัสดง มีความเชี่ยวชาญ ในการวางแผน จัดทำ และ ประยุกต์ใช้ ในเทคนิค ของ FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA และ SPC นอกจากนี้คุณอัสดง มีหน้าที่ ในการปรับปรุง โครงการที่มีอยู่ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มากยิ่งขึ้นกว่าเดิม โดยอาศัยเทคนิค ที่ทันสมัยต่างๆ อยู่ตลอดเวลา เ ช่น Six Sigma, QCC, TQM เป็นต้น

Based on his Automotive and Electronic management background, he is competent of designing superior consulting course and consulting program for organization in which he and his consulting team have got achievement in consulting for Kimball Electronic to successfully passed ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certification as the first Certified ISO/TS 16949:2002 company in Asia in Oct 2002.

For the telecommunication Industry, he join with the approved TL 9000 training providers of Quest Forum in England to lunch TL 9000, a telecommunications quality system standard in Thailand with his customers successfully certified TL 9000 as the first company in Thailand in year 2001.

Presently, as an IATF Certified Lead Auditor ISO/TS 16949:2002 and as a General Manager of TOP MC, he has success in establishing TOP MC Company to be reputed among many customer groups of Advanced Manufacturer such as Automotive Industries, Telecommunication and Electronic industries etc., they accept and trust in TOP MC Service.

Nowadays, TOP MC is the leader in consulting firm for Quality Management System of ISO 9001 and advance management system such as ISO/TS 16949:2002, TL 9000 and ISO 13485 for more than a hundred companies in Thailand .

Mr. Asdong Phuwaraks / Senior Consulting Engineer
He has experience for more than 15 years in Electronic field as Head of Engineering and as APQP team leader. He responded for new product production in which he had to cooperate with many customers and suppliers in Thailand and aboard namely Hong Kong , Singapore , Taiwan , Korea , Mexico , USA . That leads him to be skilful in application of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC and new Standard implementation to preparation for new product project and yield improvement program for cost effectiveness and reduction.

Now he is Senior Consultant, expertise in FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and Yield & Quality Improvement together with the expertise for ISO 13485, ISO 22000 new standard implementation of TOP MC.

Mr. Lerpong Phaiklaew / Senior Consulting Engineer
An Industrial Engineer by his qualification with talent and effort in learning, he is specialized in concept and usefulness of statistical technique and knows how to apply statistical technique to industrial field realistically. Thus he has got success for famous consulting and are accepted by all TOP MC customers in application of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949. Moreover of SPC and MSA skill, he is also expert in organization operation concept of process approach in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standard.

Presently he is experienced consultant and reputed tutor for Advanced SPC & MSA implementation of TOP MC for more than 40 consulting projects, 100 Training courses with around 1,500 hours of service experience.

Mr. Nattapong Pattanaporn / Consulting Engineer
An Industrial Engineer by his qualification who adores to research and continuously follow up on progression of the new QMS, he is the pioneer and expert in TL 9000 standard for Telecommunication industries at the first implementation group in Thailand. Further more of ISO/TS 16949 standard which he has been specialized, he also has success in applying of individual QMS including more advanced standard system to all TOP MC customers efficiently as well. Thus it creates maximum efficiency of implemented QMS to individual organization. Besides QMS of TL 9000 and ISO/TS 16949 he still good at organization operation on concept of process approach according to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standard.

Presently he is the specialist in QMS of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and TL 9000 of TOP MC for more than 20 consulting projects with around 1,000 hours of service experience.

Mr. Wasan Phuansa / Consulting Engineer
With B.Eng and Master degree of Industrial Eng background. Khun Wasan are expert as Auditor in QMS of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and quality continual improvement activities. He also has much experience concerning with quality system consult providing and training for more than 9 years for both ISO 9000 & ISO 14001& OHSAS 18001 such as ISO Requirement / Internal Audit and TQM & quality management tool namely QC 7 tools /5S /Problem Solving , he is also instructor for famous university for software application.

Presently he is our consultant for ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Quality Improvement system.
